  Donald S. wrote: I have Used Mourars Heating and Cooling for many years was very disappointing with there response when questioning the bill of $782.00 Fortunately for me and unfortunately for them they put the part number of the part. I check the internet and found part number Honeywell VR8345M for $101.75 plus free shipping. I wonder what their real cost is. The part cost on my bill was $325.00 and 2 1/2 hours labor for $325.00 or $130.00 per hour. Paul the owners response was to justify that he is a small company and could of charged me all these other fees so the 300% markup justifies it. You will get your money Paul Mourar but I will never deal with your overcharging again and I will be sure to let people know all about this.

  if the gentleman above doesn't work out call Joe Marranella 484-883-2999 He does a lot of work at Hershey's Mill, where I work - tell him I sent you. if you need a new heater/AC unit, i had one put in about a year ago. Mourar was $3000 cheaper than the other local HVAC company. their number is 610-933-5845. Clean, thorough &polite -family business. i have recommended them to several people & they have been very pleased. Tell them I sent you. if you need new windows, Quality Thermal is fabulous. Karl is very happy with their service as was I & 4 other neighbors. Got more than you asked for but when you know good work& contacts, I believe we need to share. Good Luck!
