  Yvonne L. wrote: The technician came out ON TIME to check my malfunctioning dishwasher. He explained that some repairs may cost almost as much as a new dishwasher, just to prepare me for a "worst case scenario." Then he started troubleshooting the problem. The pump was very noisy and he stuck his head way inside the unit and came out with a thin stick of bamboo that had become lodged deep in the pump. "There's your problem!," he said. It was and he charged me just the minimum service fee. He was in and out of the house in a flash with my unit purring like a kitten! I'll use these guys again. Thank you, Clyde .
