OK, we're not technically North Slopers anymore, but looking for some sewer advice. We just bought a home in North Tacoma. We had a sewer line inspection a few weeks ago and the inspector said it looked great. However, this morning, our tub filled up with water, our toilet overflowed, and pipes in the basement leaked. So we had Roto Rooter come out and clean the clog and do a camera. The camera guy said that the bottom of the sewer line is deteriorating and recommends replacing it. But the inspector said it was good. We've only been in the house a week and it was unoccupied for awhile before that, so I'm worried this will happen again in another week. Any thoughts or suggestions?
