  Ok here are some quick thoughts..if it is closed book, then prof is looking for big concepts, not minute details. So keep to the big picture. Formation, breach and damages. Consideration, parol evidence rule and exceptions, statute of frauds are always classic questions. Hard to say what else without some specific prompting. If your exam is not until tomorrow night, you can call me in the office tomorrow (216-274-2520). Keep calm and the answers will come to you...a big part of the law school game is seeing who can hold up under pressure, so don't fall in that trap. Hope that helps.
