San Diegans • Does anyone have a recommendation for a physical therapist who specializes in ACL tears and pre/post-op rehabilitation?

I started with spine n rehab but didn't progress so surgeon made me switch. 858-380-4185. Make sure you ask for Renee or Christen. They treat mostly athletes including several Padres and Chargers. The others are good as well but If u want best u want them.

Physiotherapy Associates. They are right on Ruffin. Tricare covers it and get u in right away. I can call Renee and give heads up as well. They did all my PT after my million surgeries they do not only PT but manual therapy like massage, stretching etc. they also work on other parts of body that work in conjunction with injury to prevent reinjury. So like when I had knee surgery they did my hips all the way to toes to strengthen. They are specialist in Athletic injuries. The best part is that you can bring kids and not even worry as they love it. I took 5 kids before and no big deal. Beyond kid friendly. They have even late appts twice week and open 6 am. Let me know can give you number as Renee head doc and good friend of mine. All you need is paper from doc for PT and they take care of rest with tricare.
