  Looking for someone who does outdoor landscape and hardscape design and will not charge a fortune for it. Specifically looking for improvements on existing fenced in back yard with bi-level deck, patio, and children's play yard. We want to do as much labor/work possible before hiring out for projects. Local nurseries charging $300 plus just for design plans. Pinterest is too overwhelming. Plans must keep these goals in mind: kid friendly, low maintenance, and economical.
