  I'll hook you up, if it's a simple fix I'll just hold the bill until your able to pay or you can make payments 10-20 a month or something.   Actually it's a "T&P" 😂...Temperature and Pressure relief valve. There is a lot of deposit buildup around the valve. So the water heater will most likely need to be replaced. We have availability tomarrow if you need us....Top Choice Plumbing 805-302-8218
