  Would anyone have a contractor that they recommend that can remodel homes quickly as I am looking into getting into the house flipping business? As someone that grew up in the COT I'd like to work with a hometown businessman to help the local economy flurish. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

  Surety Construction (716) 893-2203. Their office is in Buffalo, but I've used them many times for jobs in my current house and previous home. They bought my parent’s house in COT (large house on Young St.) and did a nice remodel job there.
