  I am looking for somewhere to get my dog groomed, he's a german Shepard mix. I usually take him to downtown dog, but every time I call and leave a message they never call back so I'm tired of trying. I need something not too expensive, and efficient. He's only been groomed twice so I need someone who is going to be patient with him. He needs a hair cut! I'm tired of sweeping everyday

  Lisa at Pawfection is amazing with my dog. She's been grooming her for 10 years and allows special accommodations for her as she has knee issues.

  Pawfection. My GSD went there regularly (every 12 weeks or so) for 12 years before she passed away. And EVERY SINGLE time we pulled into the parking lot, she was excited to be there! Lise was great with her and I highly recommend.

  I just saw the thread asking about dog grooming recommendations and figured id make a new post rather than continue the drama!its a real shame people can't ask for a simple opinion without all the drama ensuing!yet it happens all the time on all the sights about any topic so I guess unfortunately its the new norm.maybe when the posters notice this happening they should delete their post to end the drama?anyway....i know absolutely nothing about the other local groomers,I'm sure they all have their good points and with any business complaints also.but what I can attest to is the fact that I have been working at Pawfection for about a year and love it!Not only do the employees enjoy working there,I can't think of a dog who doesn't drag there owners in to see us.Lise is extremely professional,takes pride in the job she does,treats her clients like family and their pets like her own children!We are currently accepting new clients and the salon full of "animal lovers" would love to meet your treasurer pets!

  Brandy Leigh Setzler is great with high anxiety dogs and takes her time and puts them at ease. I would say Pawfection all the way

  Pawfection is where our lab Dee Dee and sheltie Hope went for years. Unfortunately, they are no longer with us but we will be bringing our new dog to Lisa again. Love her, Dee Dee loved her too.

  Where is pawfection located ? I'm looking for a place with my German Shepard husky mix she is on the small side thu only 2 1/2 feet tall. But last time he got groomed she freaked out a lot . Haven't found another groomer for her yet :/

  We've been bringing our GSD, Schatzie, to Pawfection for 11 years, and she is one of the ones that drags me in! All I have to do is say Lise's name and she gets excited! :)

  Brandy I agree with you! I have been bringing Max there for over a year and we love it at Pawfection! Lise is wonderful, unfortunately I've never met anyone else that works there.

  Dog groomer in or near New Milford? We had ours in Newtown and she was great and incredibly cheap!! $25 bucks for my dog (shes only 11 pounds). Just not wroth the drive from New Milford anymore... Any referrals?

  Pampered Pets. They care so much, and don't empty your purse! Pawfection is amazing, but I found them to be too expensive and had to switch years ago. I had two long haired dogs at the time.
