  Call the EEOC (Equal Employment Opportunity Commission@800-669-4000 file a claim, it is free. They will investigate and assist in obtaining legal representation if they find any wrong doing in the investigation.

  Does anybody know a good labor law lawyer in Wisconsin. Michelle Raisner-Ofstun is experiencing major issues with her employer that happens to be the State of Wisconsin Department of Motor Vehicles. We have been advised by one of her providers that they have broken the law that she is protected under FMLA regulations. Due to the fact she no longer has a Union we need a Lawyer that would work pro-bono.......any assistance would be greatly appreciated!
