Does anyone have experience with a chiropractor after pregnancy/childbirth? I feel out of alignment. Also, anyone know a good one in the area?

My first experience with a Chiropractor was after having Julia. Never went before. Threw my back out completely out of nowhere. The weight gain, loss of ab muscles, carrying baby all can wreck your back. Plus I no longer had time for yoga regularly! Dr Nathan Cowell in Anaheim, 714-777-3200 is who I see occasionally. He helped my sciatic pain when I was pregnant w/ Kate too. He will take X-rays first. A good chiropractor should. He might be far for you but if not I may have a coupon for you for free X-rays. Some of my work friends go to the Twins Chiropractic in Fullerton. I can get their number too if you want. Good luck! I've found if I work out regularly I don't need to go much. Just occasionally!

Does anybody know of a good chiropractor in the Yorba Linda/Placentia area that is fairly cheap?
Walter G. replied:
Cowell Chiropractic, he doesn't crack bones, he adjusts the right way. 714-777-3200. Have been going to him for years, he took care of getting rid of my wife's migraines. Awesome person.
