  We recently had a really good experience with Mike Thingpen of Green Wave Plumbing (512) 376 2555 on a fairly major repair - replace service line from meter to house and replace all inside pipes and an oddball permit issue thrown in for fun. I don't know about the camera part, although if the solution is to snake I'm not sure such an advanced diagnostic is necessary.
