Elite Appliance does not stand by their work. They were scheduled by Samsung to come to my home for a repair last Wednesday. From the moment the tech left my house, the dryer was not repaired and shutting itself off after three minutes into a cycle. I called the company and left 21 messages over 7 days with no return phone call. Samsung also called the company and left multiple messages to contact me for followup.
I spoke to Samsung again today, who was finally able to get a hold of the company. The tech called me back and said that he didn't return my phone calls because I was calling his personal cell phone instead of his business number. I replied that I was calling the number he called ME on to tell me he was on his way the first day when he came to provide the service. Moreover, both I and Samsung had called his "place of business" (we have come to find out it is an operation just he and his wife are running together--it is not a legitimate company) and received no return phone calls from that number either. In fact, Samsung had put me on hold trying to get them on the telephone, called three times on Monday, and said they didn't receive a return call, either. The tech finally said, "Well, I'm not going to come back. I mean, I think you've got a ventilation problem." So I have paid a $75 call fee, Samsung has paid them for a part, and now he is just refusing to come back. They're just a big scam. He called me today and immediately began blaming me that the dryer isn't working, and telling me that expecting him to come back out was illogical, that if he had to replace the part again it was going to come out of his pocket and he just wasn't going to do that. AVOID THIS COMPANY.
