I need a good mechanic to work on my 2000 Toyota Tundra. I took it to El Cajon Toyota to find out why the check engine light is on. They said it is an oxygen sensor that needs to be replaced. Price tag? $436.00 plus tax. Online tells me the part sells for $45-$75.00. They want to charge me $186.00 for the part. Manual says it takes half an hour tops to replace. No es. bueno. Here in San Diego, East County Preferred. I just remembered why I never go to dealers to get stuff done. They get that reputation from somewhere.
