  I highly recommend Paul Heath, Physical Therapist and owner of Physical and Sports Rehab, Inc. The address says Upper Marlboro but they are near the Kaiser Permanente in Largo (exit 17 a off 495). It takes me 10 minutes in traffic from Greenbelt to get there. My daughter is a swimmer and has gone to him for both a knee and shoulder injury. He and his staff are excellent.
