  ISO someone that can build porches and someone that can paint houses. My neighbor is an older lady and she can't find anyone that won't rip her off. The porch needs done asap because a groundhog is destroying the ground beneath it and the porch is pulling away from the house. House paint will need scraped off and repainted.
