  Anyone have a reference for an appliance repair person. My washer decided it was time for a new part. It will agitate but nothing else. Will not spin or go into rinse cycle so motor is ok. I think it's the timer dial or whatever. My hubby could probably fix it but he is still with walker and wheelchair so please help.

  My refrigerator is acting up.... Hubby thinks he knows the part that is needed.... BUT.... 1.... Since Van's has closed where would be go locally to look for a part...? 2.... If we need a repair man for this fridge... who would we call? Since Jack "Van" no longer does we repairs for appliances I am at a loss as to whom to call. Your input would be appreciated!
