This room is where my new grandbaby will be sleeping and the floors after ripping out the disgusting carpet that was in there the floor is ruined, and I can't afford to have them redone. If you have a some or know someone who is getting rid of some it would be so appreciated. Color does not matter at this point, just in good condition and clean.   Don't go to HD or Lowe's for carpet. They outsource their installation and make it up by charging more for carpet. Call Myers Flooring (615) 777-3344 downtown and talk to an associate. They'll help you find something in your price range. You'll pay far less per square foot. We just did this and got carpet and install for over $800 less than HD quote with "free" installation. Our installer charged less than $1.00 per square foot, came two days after we called him, and did a fantastic job with no upcharges for "surprises" the way box stores do. Lowe's has some cheapo bound 5 x7 carpet remnants for about $25 in bins near the area rugs if you're looking for really inexpensive. But don't buy carpet from big hardware chains. You'll pay way more than going with a local wholesaler.
