There are all kinds of things we can do. On top of diet, a nutritionist can help guide you with other herbs and vitamins that can help, and do it in a safe way. It helps if they know about lupus an other autoimmune diseases. You should tell them what medicines that you take, so you make sure everything you are doing is safe. Our other admin here, Sandy Cameron is a nutritionist and she does this for a living. She gives bits and pieces of information in our groups, but also works with people one on one for a living and knows a lot about lupus and other diseases because she's had it for years. You can always message her if you want, and her nutrition website is www.farmerchick.com. The healthier we are, the better! And don't worry about not being able to eat certain foods like pasta yet. Some people have no problem with it, and there are other things to substitute it with that you might like too!
