  Usually I do my own repairs and I like Berkley appliance over the maytag place for getting parts - the staff is super friendly and knowledgeable . I have also had great experience with A&E appliance - they did a warranty repair on my microwave.

  agree with Berkley Appliance...it has been many years since I needed them, but directed me to the correct part and process to fix my own dishwasher when it wasn't draining.
