I'm qualified deep tissue therapist. My salon is based in West Wick, Weston super Mare. I would suggest seeing your GP first though if you have lower back spasms! It can be associated with intestines, bladder, reproductive system, so if it's unusual - seek a professional advice from your doctor first.
