After some advice or coaching so to speak. I have no thyroid so find it extremely difficult to not only loose weight but be motivated to do so. I have started walking 3klm 3x a week and doing a boot camp style circuit at home. We eat whole30/paleo/clean 80/20 and have done so for months. I'm wanting to join the gym etc but also have a 2 year old in tow. In your opinion is weight loss really about food or exercise? My thyroid levels have been normal once with taking thyroxine and it helped too. They are currently low. I have a lot of weight to loose so any advice or palmerston based business recommendations is much appreciated. Thanks so much and have a beautiful day. :-)

I see this A LOT as a Naturopath, it's become a speciality area! There are foods you need to avoid and things to increase, but you would need an full consultation If you have any questions feel free to email me. kate@darwinnaturopathics.com
Does anyone in this group know any nutritionists or PT's who understand nutrition in depth? If so, please can you send me their details. Many thanks, Rob
