Their communication skills are TERRIBLE, the two women that I have communicated with are disrespectful and terribly rude, AND they will charge your for add ons without first consulting you (even changing beds, I have NEVER heard of getting charged extra for changing beds by a cleaning service). I have cancelled their service, and was planning on using them one last time today. Sally just called me and told me she didn't need to "extend an olive branch" and do today's cleaning? Really, providing a service that I am paying you for is "extending an olive branch." They send cleaning teams that can't understand English, which I don't have a problem with until they charge me for extras that I didn't request because the team didn't understand what I was asking them to do. BUYER BEWARE!! (I would normally not post something like this and list a specific business, especially a local business, but Sally MADE it personal when she made a belligerent and combative phone call to me this morning. That was just not necessary. They could have done my last clean, charged me for it, and ended the relationship on good terms)
