  http://tonyandmaryscatering.liveonatt.com/ They'll either cook it, and you can do what you what you want with it. Or, they'll set up a buffet with waiters, etc. They have a ton of options and price ranges. Most importantly, their food is insanely good for catered food. If they don't have something you want on the menu, they'll make it for you anyway, too.
