  The good news is, the house is not in imminient danger of exploding. The bad news is, we find ourselves in need of a contractor asap. Can anyone recommend a RELIABLE contractor or handyman that I can actually TRUST to complete a job in a TIMELY fashion? (Anyone who has seen our "finished" basement knows why I put those in all caps.)

  In Royal Oak, Berkley, and surrounding communities we always, always use John of All Trades. They finished our friend's basement, and built their addition. They also did a huge amount of work on the rental house we own (all beautiful - I wish we'd known about them while we still lived in that house). I wish they came out by our main house. 248.840.0045
