  Dentist: Dr. Karen Pate 5510 S Memorial Dr Tulsa, OK 74145 four and five stars I give her a five.. Ethical very good work. Dr. Karen is very gentle, she IS a Christian Dentist, and would pray with you if you want, but does not push Christianity on anyone... Her practice is highly ethical , and above all that, she is just a GREAT gal, Mom, wife and Dentist.. (918) 627-6364
