  I know some restaurants deliver. Safeway does delivery as well unless you need already prepared meals that wouldn't work. The only other one I know of is Meals on Wheels but think they are for 60 yrs+ only but maybe give them a call and see if they can direct you to another organization that does. Hmmm.... I wonder if Fish Line in Poulsbo would have some information on this? Wish I could be of more help.

  Zach, I work for Safeway and that is INEXCUSABLE! I am totally embarrassed! I have filled in at that store and know where the bottle area is and it is not safe. Steve Gray is the district manager and he lives locally. Our district store is the Thurston store. I do not have Steve's email address but am sure I could get it. I am so sorry about that happening! Ridiculous!

  ohh Springfield.... the bums are pretty sketchout there. In these situations you are well within your rights to call the cops. Safeway can't do anything but ask them to leave. I bet the "bums" (a bum is different than a "houseless individual" for those playing at home) do a lot of flase calls.

  Sorry to hear how you were treated at the Safeway I have been going to for years. It has gone steadily downhill and the last few times I went there after dark it did not feel safe. Next time go to the Springfield Albertsons. My sister says that is the best bottle return in the area.

  They chose to put them where they are and that choice resulted in an unsafe environment. If Zach (or anyone) was injured on Safeway property they would be liable. They need to decide if they want this liability and reputation or if they want to solve the problem.
