  We used Storm Keffler 360 863-9446 on our house in Renton and consulted him with my dad's house. He is up front, reasonable priced and honest--he even told me how to do some minor demo work and installing drywall and mudding it...if I wanted to save some money and do it myself...and he didn't charge for the consult.
