  While not a kids only salon, it is a very kid friendly salon & the owner is a longtime family friend. She just bought expressions in hair on 84 th Ave N & 4Th St N a yr ago & is making it into the retro vintage hair salons of days past Great with all hairtypes & ages. Her name is Ann (727) 577-5989.
