  I like to use ServiceMagic.com and most recently via Home Depot, RedBeacon.com. You type in what you are looking for and they email you contractors that you can contact yourself or they will contact you. For my deck I used Ronald Tucker, Tucker Construction, 678-331-1574, cell 770-335-5489. He did a good job and he does porches too. I'd toss it out there via ServiceMagic and RedBeacon first and see what bites. :-)
