  The Small Business Development center in can help you with the process, it is all free (or paid for by your taxes money if you want to look at it that way). Kathy MacAdam is the business counselor for the southern Region, www.sbdhelp.com, kmacadams@csmd.edu or 410-535-4583. She helped me with my one woman photo business.
