  I am needing my poodles hair cut but nobody will cut it without papers from a vet showing she has had her shots. I got her in Pittsburgh I had all her papers and they've been missed placed or accidentally trashed. Does anyone know anyone that will clip her without proof of shots? or a vet that won't charge and outrageous amount? Preferably in the Morgantown area
