  You can go to the SE Dental clinic. They offer low rates for uninsured and bill if you can't pay in full. I see Dr. Plumb and she is AMAZING. She is naturopathic friendly and holistic. Call 503-988-4410

  Southeast dental clinic 503 988 4410 3653 SE 34 th Ave, Portland, OR 97202. They are a right off Powell. State funded so they work with no insurance or low income. My roommate went there with an emergency and had an appointment that day and paid only $45. But they will bill you later if you qualify for it.
