  My wisdom tooth has decided to come in with a vengeance this week. And now it is coming in sideways :(( the pain associated with this is off the charts. Can anyone recommend a local, good and relatively inexpensive place that I could call? To have them get this thing out of my skull? That works with no dental insurance?
