  Looking for someone who can remove a clogged toilet and install a new toilet. Payment comes out of one year old's college fund as rescue rooter has confirmed it is a toy of some sort, not the three rolls of toilet paper as previously thought. Thanks for any recommendations. My husband can do it but heavens knows how long I will go without a toilet if he needs to do it
