  I saw this on the Lebcity alerts: "Anyone suffering any damage should first contact your insurance company. If they deny your claim or you don't have homeowners insurance, please contact NH211 by dialing 2-1-1 or 1-866-444-4211 in New Hampshire and provide them your information. This is the first step in helping to determine the eligibility for Individual Assistance for storm related damages." see here: http://alert.lebnh.net/home
