  American Services, 972-303-1561, will eliminate the furries and find and seal the entry point. Usually, it's Russel and/ or Andy that show up. We have used their services for the last 11 years. Everything from chimney cap to bug spray to managing the bait boxes for rodents. Very honest and reliable.

  I have used American Services, 972-303-1561 for the past ten years. They are thorough, reasonably priced and only sell you what you need. They can tell you pretty quickly if there is anything living in your attic. They did wire mesh install in the gables to keep critters out and placed pet proof bait boxes to handle any rodents looking for a way in. Initial call to them was to install a chimney cap. Usually, it's Russell or Andy that do the work.

  American Services, 972-3031561, services/cleans chimneys, installs chimney caps and screens, also does pest control (we use them for spray and bait boxes) and they do "live animal inruder" removal, which is fun to watch. Either Russel or Andy will be your service technician.
