I need the names of a highly reputable Derm (known for treating basal cell and more importantly MOHs), an Internist, a neurologist, an oncologist/hematologist, and a dentist. I need people that are personable, interested in treating challenging cases, and decent bedside manner. Quality being of highest priority. ASAP, please.
