ProSpect is a family/veteran owned home inspection company with over 30 years of municipal and home residential and commercial inspection experience. Our reports are full narrative (what is the condition, where is the condition, and what is our recommendation to correct the condition) and include photos. Each comment is identified as a health and safety, repair, maintenance or recommended upgrade condition. At the front of the report you will find a summary of the health and safety and repair conditions so you will see those most important to address items first. We believe strongly that Experience + Quality = Peace of Mind and we value the opportunity to provide all of those things to our clients.
Owner/Operator Stacey Tjarks, CREIA Certified Inspector since 1998, is dedicated to providing home buyers with vital information about the home they are interested in purchasing. Clients are encouraged to attend the inspection and are welcome to ask questions before, during and after the inspection.
