Therapist Recommendations Throwaway account because reasons.
Long story short: I’ve been struggling with severe depression and need some help. I haven’t really told anybody about this because I’m afraid of worrying them/what it’ll do to my career. It’s becoming harder and harder to get out of bed each day, I’m constantly lost in thoughts of how much I suck, and I have to fight off the occasional thought of self-harm as a way to “fix my issues”. I feel disconnected from the world, and it’s a battle just to snap out of the trance-like state I fall into.
Does anyone have a therapist they recommend? I need to address this before it leads to me doing something stupid. I unfortunately don’t have any kind of health insurance, so I imagine that will make things harder. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!
Thanks for your time!

I've seen therapists all over the area. Jeri at [Kline Associates](https://www.klineandassociates.com) was nice, but I forgot a session and was too broke to pay the no-show fee. I currently go to [CCPC-Ohio](http://ccpc-ohio.com/) and see Lynda.

Can you ask our readers if there is anyone in, or close, to Beavercreek that is a good behavioral therapist?
