Post-pregnancy, I think my body got more sensitive to various things. I've been feeling run-down for the last year and get congestion and a runny nose immediately after eating certain foods. I think I've narrowed it down to wheat and/or corn products, maybe milk too. Anyways, what is your favorite cookbook or source of gluten-free recipes? Thought I try it out for a bit and see if it helps. Relatedly, if anyone could suggest a good allergist and/or nutritionist in the Huntsville area, it would be much appreciated as well.
