One of our investors' contractors just walked out with 5 houses that need to be renovated. Any reasonably priced GC's out there who want a large volume of work? There is more where that came from!
Looking For Someone To Install Laminate Flooring Can anyone recommend someone who installs laminate wood flooring? We're in Newark and need new floor laid in our very small guest bedroom (roughly 120 square feet). There are no weird angles and my husband will be assisting. We just don't have the appropriate tools (a jigsaw and circular saw or even better, a miter saw and table saw) or experience with this type of flooring.
We've already removed the carpet/padding/carpet tack and staples. I'd estimate the job should take no more than six hours max. Every flooring place has quoted us a ridiculous amount. They don't have to be licensed installers, though it's preferred, but I will need some proof that they've successfully installed this type of floor before. Can anyone suggest someone qualified and reasonably priced?

Give Eric Parsons a call 302-218-0507. I'm not sure of a price, but he does really good work. His company is New Castle County Flooring & Remodeling if you want to look him up. Tell him Chris told you to call. He built custom workbenches for my computer shop and they're great. 4 years later with no issues and it wasn't very expensive either. I have no clue how much your job would run though.
