  My name is Rich and I own Richs Automotive in Gillette .. We can assemble this in a flash . I own several atv's and do all my own service work.. Also have had many go carts too..We are certified by ASE but I have never heard of go cart or small engine certifications .. My number is 908-647-6950 .. We would Be glad to help and even get him Riding by the weekend
