  Needed: A licensed, insured contractor that is proficient in house wrap-window-siding repairs for a home in Lewes, especially if they have experience fixing the defective house wrap used on NV/Ryan homes. The issue: During high wind and rain, water pours in through our windows. The NV/Ryan Homes rep told us they stopped using the house wrap installed on our home due to a high failure rate. They are willing to come fix each leak as they occur, but the leaks keep occurring and causing damage to our interior that NV/Ryan won't fix. NV/Ryan Homes only wants to put band-aids on the symptoms, and refuses to actually fix the problem. HELP!!
