  Ty Bouvier at twisted addictions he is the best in Louisiana he is a award winning tat artist he does portraits n anything u bring in he is worth going out of ur way alittle he is in kenner but he is the best hands down he does musicians and actors he did Phil Anselmo from Pantera he did other rock bands he also did C murder's just to name a few n hes not to expensive
