Positives: He did call back right away to come give an estimate. Professional demeanor, cleaned everything up afterwords. Pretty friendly guy. I think the quality of work is good, however will have another contractor check it out when I have something else looked at. Cons: Price-Looking back on the project, probably a little pricey for what they did. Kind of nickel and dime on stuff. Follow through/service-there was one small follow up tasks to the project that never got completed (even after reminding him a couple times on it). I ended up taking care of this last task just to get the project done. If you aren't handy and can't complete some of the work that he doesn't get finished, just be FYI.
