    Can anyone recommend a boarding facility nearby? I'm debating between getting our dog sitter for a few days or just taking them somewhere to have fun for the few days we will be done. We are new to the area so would love some ideas!

    A bit far, but definitely worth it, I usually board Sofie with Dede McClure. Dede is terrific -- flexible, very knowledgable and skilled at working with dogs. Dede will also do pick-ups/drop offs or meet in Mannassas (for an extra fee).
