  Nikki Flathers owns Nikki's Perfect Petal Designs and she is the BEST vendor I worked with during wedding planning! I recommend NO ONE else! The quality and beauty of her flowers does not compare to anyone else's, nor does the price! The flowers I had at my wedding easily looked like they cost $10,000 but it was no where close to that!
