  Can anyone recommend a really good deep tissue hot spot massage therapist that is available within the week? I have recurring Achilles Tendonitis that is going on 4 years now. I just heard that the cause is likely hot spot issues in my calves but I cannot massage the knot out that I found. I have a 125KM run coming up in August and need this taken care of in short order so I can continue my training.
