Snatch offers you a broad range of health, well being and fitness options, from bootcamp sessions to your own 1 on 1 fitness mentor. Our trainers will guide you through your session using only the best and most effective fitness equipment the industry has to offer.
1 on 1 Personal trainer/Fitness Mentor: Our highly trained and certified personal trainers will run you through a full 1 on 1 assessment and can guide you to a specific goal that you are after.
Bootcamp sessions (1hour): Convenient bootcamp classes starting at various times throughout the day. Classes are suitable for anybody who is looking to get fit fast whilst having fun. Expect lots of variety from every session with all the new and exciting fitness equipment we have to use.
The Nitty Gritty session (1 hour 20 minutes): Specialty x-fit/caveman group fitness classes throughout the week, at various times. From flipping tyres to performing x-fit style power lifts within a circuit, this is an extremely fun session and will really get you body hardened and fit fast.
Meal planning and Diet: Snatch offers a complete meal plan including all your macros that are needed in order for you to reach your goals, an assessment wil be carried out to determine this. This can be offered to you as a package with your total fitness plan.
Sessions are catered to suit our clientele and are council approved across parks and ovals throughout NSW: The Hills District, Kellyville, Rouse Hill, Bella Vista, Castle Hill, Baulkham Hills, Parklea, Oran Park, The Hermitage, Harrington Grove, Harrington Park, Gregory Hills, Liverpool, Burwood.
